Just enough to get you started

The application is centred around your C.V. This provides the chronological view of your career and skill set.
You build it by adding Positions then adding Projectsto those positions. To each of those levels you can add Skills that can then be ranked by those who know you.
Those Ranks are combined using a number of algorithms to form a total score for that skill. Those algorithms adapt to those using the system and their activity

If you want to leave - TODO

Obviously at some point you may want to leave the application. You have two options when you do this. One allows you to go dormant. This will leave all your activity in the system. So people you have ranked will still be affected. However you will not be visible in the system. No one will be able to see your CV and you will not appear in searches. However rankings that you have completed will still impact those you have ranked while your strength is still above the minimum level
The other option is a complete delete. This will remove every sign of you from the system. It is irreversible and there will be no mechanism supplied to retrieve that information
